The PHEV's More Powerful Powertrain: The Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) has a more powerful powertrain that offers a combined net horsepower of 320.
PHEV Models Offer More Range: The PHEV models also now offer up to a manufacturer-estimated all-electric driving range rating of 50 miles, up from the previous 42 miles.
RAV4 HEV Models Have FWD: For the first time, the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) comes with front-wheel drive.
Larger Touchscreens: The standard touchscreen is now 10.5 inches, up from the previous eight inches. Similarly, the available 12.9-inch touchscreen is larger than the previous 10.5-inch available touchscreen.
New Exterior Colors: There are four new color options, including Meteor Shower, Storm Cloud, Everest, and Urban Rock (Woodland only).
