The new Toyota 4Runner is a rugged SUV with off-road capabilities but modern styling that makes it look right at home shopping around town. The 4Runner is powered by a V6 engine and has plenty of capability and utility. Interior and Design

The 4Runner has three rows of seats, allowing it to accommodate up to seven people total. There's ample space in all three rows, and the 4Runner's tall ride height makes it easy for even tall passengers to comfortably enter and exit the cabin. The Toyota 4Runner also has large, square windows that translate to exceptional visibility. Side steps are also available with the 4Runner to make it easier to get into and out of the vehicle for shorter people.

On the outside, the 4Runner has a pleasing design that is both attractive and utilitarian. With the Toyota 4Runner comes a standard list of basic exterior features such as roof rails, LED headlights and underbody skid plates. The 4Runner has 17-inch wheels if you get the base model, but you can also get larger 20-inch wheels with some of the top trims. Other fine details such as chrome exterior accents, special badges, decals and more are trim-specific offerings.

Safety and Technology

The 4Runner is a vehicle meant for adventure, but it is also designed to keep you safe as you drive around Euless and beyond. At a minimum, the safety aids you'll get with the 4Runner include blind-spot warning, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning. Upgrading to some of the higher-end trims means you'll get additional, nice-to-have safety technologies, including a 360-degree camera and parking sensors.

Along with safety aids, the Toyota 4Runner also has plenty of other technologies. The base trim level has Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® integration on an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, as well as a keyless entry system. A premium sound system replaces the base stereo system on the Limited trim and up, and you'll also get some more tech features such as integrated navigation.

Trim Levels

The 4Runner is produced in seven trim levels.

Starting off the lineup is the SR5, which is well-equipped for a base trim. The SR5 has LED headlights and 17-inch wheels. This trim also has a power-adjustable driver's seat and leather steering wheel. An 8-inch touchscreen is standard, and you'll get roof rails, as well.

With the TRD Sport comes standard 20-inch wheels, heated seats, and synthetic leather upholstery.

The SR5 Premium has a power-adjustable front passenger's seat, and a sunroof is optional.

The TRD Off-Road and Off-Road Premium trims are, as their names suggest, equipped with additional off-road-oriented features, including off-road drive settings and a locking rear differential.

The Limited trim comes with several premium features, such as a sunroof, leather upholstery, ventilated seats, a JBL® premium sound system and additional safety technology.

The TRD Pro gains unique wheels, a TRD roof rack, exhaust system and custom skid plate.
